Brand-new assembled 1GD-FTV cylinder head kit for Toyota HiLux, HiAce, Prado, Fortuner and Granvia with 2.8L turbo diesel engine. Professionally assembled, valve-to-seat compression tested, and supplied with everything needed for installation — except camshafts, rocker arms and lifters, which transfer from your original head.

Fits: Toyota HiLux (2015–2025), HiAce (2017–2025), Prado (2015–2025), Fortuner (2015–2025), Granvia (2019–2025) — Engine code 1GD-FTV, 2.8L turbo diesel.

Important: Camshafts, rocker arms and lifters are not included — transfer your original components from the old head to the new one during installation.

Yes — camshafts, rocker arms and lifters are not included. Transfer your original components from the old head to the new one as part of the installation process.

Are the head bolts reusable?
No — the 1GD-FTV uses torque-to-yield (TTY) stretch bolts which are single-use only. New bolts are included in this kit.

Just need the head without gaskets and bolts?
