Refund policy

Return Policy.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Delivery costs for items that are returned will be prepaid by the purchaser.

We will deduct from your refund our original delivery cost to the customer plus a restocking fee of 20 per cent of the actual price.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the original order number or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at cylinderheadsupply@gmail.com.

If approved, you’ll be refunded using your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Items returned to us must first request a return to be accepted. 

Exceptions.

Certain items, like custom products or special orders, cannot be returned.

Damages or Wrong Item.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
