Complete cylinder head assembly for Nissan Navara NP300 D23 with YS23 2.3L twin-turbo diesel engines. Ready to install with valves and springs already fitted. Includes camshafts, rocker arms, hydraulic lifters, and a complete gasket set with MLS head gasket and high-tensile stretch bolts. One cylinder head per vehicle.

Installation Notes

• Important: Camshafts, rocker arms and hydraulic lifters are supplied separately (not fitted) as they must be installed after the cylinder head is bolted to the engine block.
• Install the cylinder head to the block following the factory torque sequence using the new head bolts included.
• Install camshafts, rocker arms and hydraulic lifters after head installation.
