Brand-new assembled 3Y and 4Y cylinder head for Toyota Hilux, Hiace and forklifts with 2.0L and 2.2L petrol engines. Supplied with valves, springs, retainers and seals fitted. Professionally assembled and pressure tested.
Fits: Toyota Hilux, Hiace and forklifts with 3Y, 4Y or 4YEC engines (1984–1997) — Engine code 3Y 2.0L, 4Y / 4YEC 2.2L petrol.
Important: Head bolts are not included — the 3Y/4Y uses standard reusable bolts. Reuse your original bolts if they are in good condition.

Why is there no camshaft listed in What's Included?
The 3Y and 4Y are OHV (overhead valve) pushrod engines. The camshaft sits in the engine block — not in the cylinder head. Your original camshaft and rocker gear remain in the block and are not affected by a head replacement.
Are head bolts included?
No — the 3Y/4Y uses standard reusable bolts. If your original bolts are in good condition they can be reused. Contact us if you need a bolt set.

Are the cylinder heads supplied assembled?
Most are supplied assembled, with the camshaft, valves, springs and seals already fitted so they are ready for installation. Some applications require the original camshaft and rocker gear to be transferred across. Confirm the details in the ‘What’s Included’ section for the product you are viewing.
What will I receive with my order?
The contents vary by application. Most complete cylinder-head kits include the assembled head, a VRS gasket set and new head bolts. Some products require reuse of the original camshaft and rockers. For engines using an MLS gasket, we supply the thickest available specification. Gasket-set-only products include the head gasket, manifold gaskets, valve stem seals, rocker cover gasket, head bolts and required O-rings. Check the product’s ‘What’s Included’ section for the exact contents.
What warranty is included?
Every cylinder head includes a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. We carefully select our heads and stand behind the quality supplied.
How can I confirm it fits my vehicle?
Use the ‘Fits’ section to check the compatible make, model, year and engine code. If you are still unsure, send us your VIN before ordering and we can confirm the application.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched from Perth or Melbourne. Most deliveries arrive within 2–5 business days, with express delivery available at checkout.
Does the head need machining before installation?
No. Our cylinder heads are manufactured to OEM specifications and are supplied ready to fit, so machining should not be required before installation.
