Brand-new assembled 2GD-FTV cylinder head for Toyota HiLux with 2.4L turbo diesel engine. Professionally assembled, valve-to-seat compression tested, and ready to bolt on — gasket set and head bolts sold separately. Camshafts, rocker arms and lifters transfer from your original head.

Fits: Toyota HiLux GUN122R, GUN125R, GUN135R (2015–2025) — Engine code 2GD-FTV, 2.4L turbo diesel.

Important: Camshafts, rocker arms and lifters are not included — transfer your original components from the old head to the new one during installation. Gasket set and head bolts are also not included — see our 2GD-FTV Parts range.

Do I need to swap my camshafts across?
Yes — camshafts, rocker arms and lifters are not included. Transfer your original components from the old head to the new one as part of the installation process.

Do I need a new gasket set and head bolts?
Yes — the 2GD-FTV uses torque-to-yield (TTY) stretch bolts which are single-use only, and a new MLS head gasket is always recommended. These are not included with this product.
