WEAT Complete Cylinder Head Kit ā Ready to Install
Brand new complete WEAT cylinder head kit for Ford Ranger and Mazda BT-50 with a 2.5L or 3.0L 4-cylinder DOHC turbo diesel engine. Both camshafts and adjustable rocker arms supplied; valves, springs, retainers and valve stem seals fitted. VRS head gasket set, TTY head bolts and camshaft lube included. Professionally assembled, valve-to-seat compression tested, and head face checked.
Fits: Ford Ranger PJ, PK and Mazda BT-50, B3000 (2006ā2011) ā Engine codes WEAT, WEC, WLC, WLAT, 2.5L and 3.0L 4-cylinder DOHC turbo diesel common rail.
Important: The camshafts and adjustable rocker arms are supplied with the head but must be removed prior to fitting the head to the block, then refitted afterwards. Rocker clearances must be set by the installer after assembly ā this is standard procedure for this engine.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why do the camshafts need to be removed before fitting the head?
The WEAT uses adjustable rocker arms ā the camshafts and rockers must be removed to allow the head to be bolted down correctly, then refitted and rocker clearances set by the installer. This is standard procedure for this engine.
Are the head bolts reusable?
No ā the WEAT uses torque-to-yield (TTY) stretch bolts which are single-use only. New bolts are included in this kit.
